Job summary

BrioHR Pte Ltd is seeking a Home Care Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for part-time weekends or afternoons in Ypsilanti, MI. The role involves in-home care across Washtenaw, Monroe, Western Wayne, Livingston and parts of Oakland counties, with 20 hours per week and shifts ending by 7 pm.

You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and report changes to leadership. Must have Michigan CNA certification and reliable transportation; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide in Michigan.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule: evenings and weekends.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly.
• CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home – assist with personal care (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – support housekeeping tasks (laundry, sweeping, grocery shopping).
• Support Mealtime – help participants enjoy meals and stay hydrated.
• Keep Things Moving – assist mobility, turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care – keep rooms tidy and stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support – respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – report changes in condition to leadership promptly.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – maintain confidentiality while delivering care.
