Faith Haven Senior Careteam in Jackson, MI is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. CNAs support activities of daily living, monitor changes in mood and health, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Training and CNA certification required by the State of Michigan. We offer varied shifts, full-time and part-time options, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health coverage, and retirement

Qualifications

• You have completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, compassionate care.

Responsabilités

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging well-being.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans incl. ADLs, bathing, skin care, and routine hygiene.
• Record nutritional intake, vitals, catheter care, mobility and ROM, and report significant changes to the nursing team.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
