Job summary

East Bay Post Acute in the East Bay area is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents, assist with ADLs, and help maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate holds an active California CNA license, CPR/BLS certification is preferred, and prior skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and document vital signs accurately.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote a clean, safe environment.
