Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license currently practicing.
• Minimum of 6 months CNA experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work harmoniously with other staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned and within residents' reach.
• Report to Charge Nurse or Administrator as directed.
