Job summary

Baldwingardens in Temple City is seeking caring and dedicated CNAs and/or RNAs for all shifts, both full-time and part-time. The ideal candidates will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure their well-being, and respect all regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting.
• Knowledge of state and federal care regulations is essential.
• Ability to work all shifts (AM/PM/NOC) as required.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
• Transfer residents to and from activities as per their service plans.
• Serve meals and record changes in residents' eating habits.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
• Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current CA nursing assistant certification
• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting
