Job summary

The Clare in Chicago’s Gold Coast is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community.

You will provide high-quality care with a focus on customer service, maintain professionalism, and work 6am-2pm, four days per week with every other weekend.

Applicants must hold an Illinois CNA, CPR, and have at least one year in LTC, rehab, assisted living or memory care; background check and health screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid Illinois CNA certification.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate CNA care to residents.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist with activities of daily living as part of a care team.

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Full-time, 6am to 2pm, 4 days/week, every other weekend

All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and physical exam.

All positions in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.

Job requirements are as follows:

• Must have current, valid Illinois C.N.A. certification.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service.
