Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky in Louisville is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on a full-time basis. CNAs assist with ADLs, monitor health, document vital signs, and support mobility while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

We offer flexible schedules (days, evenings, overnights), same-day pay, free uniforms, and low resident-to-CNA ratios to ensure quality time with residents. Kentucky CNA certification required; excellent communication a must.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky CNA certification, active and in good standing.
• Ability to lift/move residents and perform ADLs.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses and document vital signs.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas.
• Assist with infection control procedures and isolation protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery.
