Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Nurse Aide to support residents at the Southwestern Veterans' Center. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and help maintain a safe, homelike environment for veterans.

The position requires PA Nurse Aide Registry registration and at least six months of geriatric care experience. Telework is not available, and the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Aide registration in PA Nurse Aide Registry.
• Six months paid experience in care of geriatric or physically ill residents.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, transfers, toileting, feeding, and restorative activities.
• Maintain safety by applying safety practices, recording vital information, and supporting mobility.
