Job summary

Era Living is seeking a full-time Resident Assistant (CNA/NAC/HCA/NAR) at University House Issaquah, WA. Shifts include 6:00AM–2:30PM or 2:00PM–10:30PM, with at least one weekend shift. The role involves personal care, clinical observation, and supporting resident independence in licensed apartments.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide Certification required.
• RN license accepted with proof of graduation and conditional CNA within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, including those with cognitive impairment.
• Assist residents with self-medications as required.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks per protocol.
