Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA in the state where PACE Organization is located.
• 1 year of documented experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused, able to adapt to ongoing change.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care aiding activities of daily living to maintain independence (toileting, showers, eating, grooming).
• Assist with physical activity, exercise and walking.
• Provide behavioral supervision or support (reality orientation, reminders for nursing/medication, diet, emotional reassurance).
• Assist with recreation, meals, snacks, and housekeeping.
