Job summary

Trinity Health PACE in Mishawaka is seeking a part-time CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant for the Day Shift at our St. Joseph PACE location to deliver compassionate, person-centered care to our elderly participants.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort, monitor health status, and coordinate with nursing staff. Indiana CNAs with current certification, reliability, and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Indiana.
• Minimum of one year experience with frail or elderly population preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused with ability to adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic email/calendar tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% with personal vehicle.
• Able to engage in activities requiring lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance maintaining independence in activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, exercise, and walking for participants.
• Provide behavioral supervision and support, reminders for nursing and medications.
• Assist with conversations, recreation, meals, and housekeeping.
