Job summary
Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This role is not fixed-location and entails stepping in where coverage is needed, working with different clients and home environments.
Candidates must hold an active Hawaii Nurse Aide or CNA certification and be available for multiple shifts. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling with opportunities to gain varied home-care experience.
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
- Completion of in-person skills training.
- High availability with multiple shifts / longer hours.
- Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and report changes in condition.
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
- Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
