Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This position is not fixed-location — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.

Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, with Hawaii NA/CNA certification and a willingness to take multiple shifts each week. Competitive pay and weekly pay accompany a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• High availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hours.
• Flexible and willing to travel across Oahu.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and a heart for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Cover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across Oahu.
