Overview

Join to apply for the CNA Float Pool Southern Colorado role at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. The position accepts applications on an ongoing basis and does not have a posting close date. What is Enterprise Pool?

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with an Enterprise Resource Pool that offers flexibility, variety, and career growth while supporting our mission. The Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool includes clinical and allied roles that float across facilities within a geographic area. Pool associates may float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or all facilities in the region to support workload and staffing needs.

Enterprise Pool Options

• Enterprise Pool 1
  • Base rate $18.00–$26.08/hr + $1.50/hr pool differential
  • Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
  • 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home
  • At least 2 applicable units – must work in at least 2 units
• Enterprise Pool 2
  • Base rate $18.00–$26.08/hr + $3.00/hr pool differential
  • Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
  • Assigned to one of four zones based on home location; must travel to hospitals in the zone

Benefits

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Required Experience: 1 year of acute care (hospital) experience; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; basic computer skills
• Required Education: High School diploma or GED; graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program
• Required Licensure/Certifications: State registered CNA license; BLS from the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements

Medium Work - Exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
