Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, mobility, and comfort measures with strong customer service.
• Report patient data and condition changes promptly to the RN.
• Monitor patients and assist with telemetry as required.
• Transport medications to the RN and assist with unit operations.
• Collaborate with the RN and team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform health unit coordinator tasks such as answering phones and maintaining unit records.
• Follow care plans and safety policies in emergencies.
