MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support multiple units in our Float Pool, delivering high-quality patient care across the hospital. This full-time position offers days, a self-scheduling model, and opportunities for career growth while rotating holidays and weekends.

The role requires a Washington CNA license, BLS certification, and 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients.
• You will support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.
