Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (Float) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a nurse in a skilled nursing facility in Jacksonville, FL. The role covers Bartram Crossing and University Crossing locations, with shifts in the evenings and nights.

The CNA will assist with ADLs, monitor patient status, perform routine tasks, transport patients, and ensure safety and confidentiality while supporting the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect patient care under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to the nurse.
• Assist with hygiene, oral care, and grooming.
• Record care provided and maintain patient rooms and supplies.
• Transport patients to therapies and appointments and assist with equipment as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; adhere to universal precautions.
