The role involves assisting with ADLs, vital signs, feeding, hygiene, and safety, supporting patients across brain and spinal cord injury pathways in our skilled nursing facility.

Shifts available: evenings and nights, with multiple float locations in the area.

Qualifikationen

• Florida license is required to practice as CNA in the state.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct or indirect patient care under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living for dependent patients.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Position and turn patients to prevent bedsores and maintain safety.
• Assist with transportation of patients to therapies and appointments.
• Document patient care activities and monitor intake and output.
