Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (Float) to provide direct or indirect patient care under nurse supervision. The role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring patients, and supporting nursing staff across Bartram Crossing and University Crossing locations. Florida CNA license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license active in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct ADL care (bathing, dressing, feeding) for dependent patients.
• Monitor patients, take vital signs, and report abnormalities.
• Assist with turning, bed making, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Support nurse team, respond to call lights, and document care provided.
