Job summary

Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization serving the upper Midwest with a focus on Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. The CNA-NAR (Float) role supports resident care and ensures timely reporting to RN/LPN, while traveling within Benedictine regions as needed.

We seek compassionate individuals in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry, with strong communication and English literacy, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
