Job summary

Northrise Memory Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care on a full-time and PRN basis. You will work shifts from 7A-3P, 3P-11P, or 11P-7A with opportunities for raises and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA with active certification/licensure.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical exposure during certification.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care and rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure accuracy.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions promptly.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Keep water pitchers clean and filled, within residents' reach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or administrator.
