Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical CNA coursework completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Take resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide nursing care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Notify admission coordinator of missing ID bands.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within resident reach.
• Assist Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator as needed.
