Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and record intake/output accurately
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to improve patient well-being
• Observe changes and report to ensure high-quality care
