Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Minnesota is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six+ months of experience in a nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output with accurate records.
• Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure best care.
