Job summary

Freedom Village Holland in Holland, MI is seeking CNAs for full and part-time roles. Choose 1st or 2nd shift, with options including Mon-Fri, weekends, or every other weekend. The role emphasizes resident care, dignity, safety, and engagement, with ongoing shifts and scheduling flexibility.

Salary ranges from $16.50 to $22.25 per hour (includes shift differentials) plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for PT and $3,500 for FT. Michigan CNA certification and English communication are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and non-personal care to residents.
• Support independence while offering needed assistance.
• Promote dignity, safety, and resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate care and observation records.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and Call for Aide alerts.
• Take vital signs and assist with daily activities.
• Escort residents to dining, appointments, and activities.
• Attend ongoing training and meetings.
