Qualifications

• Nebraska CNA certification is required.
• BLS certification is required at time of hire.
• Cook permit must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Ambulate patients as directed.
• Position patients safely and comfortably based on needs.
• Obtain and report vital signs to the nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies and equipment.
• Follow PPE and standard precautions.
