Edgerton Care Center in Edgerton, WI seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient/resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The CNA at Edgerton Care Center completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care.

Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry.
• Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing data collection under RN/LPN supervision.
• Implements care plan based on patient needs.
• Provides direct patient care and reports changes to RN/LPN.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Documents care provided per policies and procedures.
• Supports nutritional care and communicates with residents/families.
