Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana. The role offers flexible scheduling, a competitive starting wage with experience-based pay, a $1,000 new employee referral program, a $3 shift differential and a $3 weekend bonus program.

DailyPay, monthly celebrations, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000/year, and medical/dental/vision coverage are included. The CNA will assist residents with daily care, monitor health, and support confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ISDH CNA certification in good standing required.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, skin care, grooming, nail care and dressing.
• Feed residents, provide bedside water and snacks, and transfer residents per nutritional plan of care.
• Respond to resident call lights and requests promptly in line with policy.
• Maintain resident rooms and organize belongings; change linens as needed.
• Observe signs of changes in appetite, skin condition or behavior and report per policy.
• Provide emotional support and listen to residents to foster trust and independence.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and privacy at all times.
• Document vitals and care provided in medical records as required.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and keep a clean work environment.
