Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care under supervision for residents. The CNA will follow care plans, document tasks, and support activities that enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA certification in Indiana.
• Demonstrate compassion and respect in elder care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record resident data on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with daily care tasks as outlined in the care plan.
• Prepare residents for activities and tests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms.
• Support with hygiene, grooming, and mobility as directed.
• Assist with meals and routine activities as assigned.
