Job summary

United Methodist Communities' The Shores facility is seeking a Healthcare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents in a health care center. Earn $23.00–$25.55 hourly with $2.00 differential for evening/overnight shifts, plus varied part-time schedules including days, weekends, or per diem overnights.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, and supporting safe, engaging resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, dressing, grooming and personal comfort needs
• Deliver care per individualized service plans and maintain accurate records
• Provide routine resident support and wellness checks to promote safety and well-being
• Support dining experiences and assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility devices as needed
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care
