Job summary

StoryPoint in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a licensed CNA to join our team across 6A-2P, 2P-10P, and 10P-6A shifts. We offer part-time and full-time roles with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shifts, free scrub tops, and benefits with PTO for full-time staff.

Wages are designed to be competitive with on-demand pay options available. Responsibilities include providing resident care, reviewing care plans each shift, assisting with bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Able to perform resident care tasks with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide 1440 care.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Bathe and clean residents as needed by bed bath, shower or whirlpool.
• Assist with grooming, nails, hair, makeup and shaving for residents.
