• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide 1440 care per shift.
• Review Resident Care Plans at start of shift.
• Bathe and assist residents with personal care as needed.
• Assist with dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to the nurse.
• Document care in CareTracker and maintain patient dignity.
