Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program and/or competency evaluation that meets state regulations.
• Unrestricted CNA certification and at least one year of CNA experience.
• Current CPR certification as required by client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
• Documents patient care as assigned per facility policies.
• Follows the patient’s plan of care and delivers personal care services as assigned.
• Takes vital signs and records data according to protocol.
• Participates in continuing education to maintain competency.
