Job summary

Encore Northwoods Lodge, operated by Alumus, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. Earn on-demand pay, enjoy a flexible schedule, and take advantage of a comprehensive benefits package in a 57-bed SNF environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with admissions, transfers, discharges, and daily care per the RN-directed plan; candidates should have or pursue CNA licensure and CPR/fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required.
• CPR certification required; fingerprint clearance may be needed for employment.
• Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing or Transitional Rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges according to care plans.
• Review and follow care plans daily to adapt routines as needed.
