Qualifications

• Must have a current CNA license/certification.
• CPR and fingerprint clearance card required.
• Minimum of six (6) months CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility or Transitional Rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor daily care and ensure care plans are followed.
• Review care plans daily for changes.
