Qualifications

• Long-term care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating) and document ADLs.
• Serve meals and assist with eating; record intake and notes for any swallowing concerns.
• Document vital signs, weights, intake/output per facility protocol; perform other duties as directed by the nurse.
