Colonial Health and Rehab in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents’ physical and emotional needs per care plans and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain high standards of care.

Wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour night differential for 3pm-7am and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Various shifts are available, including full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and give emotional and social support.
• Attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting and perform direct care as assigned.
