Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care in a skilled nursing facility in Galax, VA. You will support residents’ physical needs, comfort, and emotional well-being, following care plans and facility policies.

The position offers Full-Time hours, on-site shifts, competitive hourly wages ($19.00–$22.00), a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including 401(k) via Fidelity.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and emotional and social support for residents in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care as assigned and per the resident's care plan under supervision.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
