Job summary

Roseville Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the nursing team on a part-time basis. The CNA will provide routine nursing care and personal care according to each resident’s plan, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain residents’ dignity and comfort in a supportive environment.

The role requires current California CNA certification, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license required, per job listing.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and facility privacy requirements.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care and personal care to residents according to care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Assist with lifting, turning, repositioning, transferring, and transporting residents using proper equipment.
• Check call lights promptly and monitor residents' needs.
• Record vital signs and weights as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the Nurse Supervisor.
