Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Observe residents and immediately report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and restorative care.
• Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and ready for admissions.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and after-meal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Report concerns regarding resident safety, abuse, neglect, or equipment issues immediately.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional resident care.

What You'll Do
