Job summary

Typical duties include medication administration, assisting with daily living activities, documenting changes, and maintaining resident safety and professional standards across assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires a CNA license.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis and assist residents.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• May require memory care experience if assigned to memory care areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' condition or behavior.
• Maintain resident records on medication distribution, activities, incidents and observations.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities as needed.
• Follow supervisor schedules and provide emotional and social support.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct on every shift.
