Qualifications

• Requires CMA license.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly and assist residents.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience with memory care may be required in designated areas.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' physical condition or behavior.
• Maintain resident records for medication distribution and activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) as needed.
• Follow the resident care schedule set by the supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Maintain a safe working environment and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain professional demeanor toward residents, families, and staff.
