Qualifications

• Requires a CNA license.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly and assist residents.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience with memory care residents may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance per orders.
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication following guidelines.
• Report changes in residents' conditions and behaviors.
• Maintain resident records on medication distribution and activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Follow supervisor-defined schedules and ensure safety.
