Qualifications

• Completed Nursing Assistant Program and listed on state registry.
• Active CNA certification in the state registry.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct routine care in daily living activities.
• Communicate resident needs to LPN/RN and care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, and transfers.
• Document care accurately and report changes promptly.
• Uphold residents' rights and privacy while ensuring safety.
