Job summary

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking CNAs to join our flexible staffing model across Wisconsin facilities. Earn a premium wage with a flat rate of $25 per hour and sign a 6-week contract with at least 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend.

You will provide quality resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and maintain records. There is an option to extend the contract based on client needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Wisconsin-certified CNA or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to guests in a nurturing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Monitor and document vital signs and health observations.
• Assist with wound care and follow care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and reports.
