Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for shifts at our Wisconsin facilities. The role requires a 6-week contract with a minimum of 32 hours per week and rotating weekends. Competitive, premium flat-rate wages are offered with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include ADL support, vital signs, and wound/skin care under nurse direction. Strong communication and professional care toward guests and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, with residents and staff.
• Professional, caring approach to guests and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in a nourishing environment for guests.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Monitor and document resident status, report changes to supervisors.
• Support wound and skin care per care plans and nurse directions.
• Communicate effectively with team, residents and families.
• Assist with mobility, positioning and safety to prevent injuries.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate medical records in line with policies.
• Attend to individualized resident care plans and observations.
• Rotate weekends as required by shift schedule.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Wages at $25 an hour!

Please note that to qualify, you must sign a 6-week contract where you are expected to work at least 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend. Depending on our client's needs, there will be an option to extend the contract.

Job Description:

• Provides quality care to Guests in a nourishing environment.
• Provides individualized attention, which encourages each Guest’s ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
• Carry out assignments required for the Guest’s activities of daily living (ADL’s) which include but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Attends to individual needs of all Guests in regards to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication and other needs.
• Provides care that maintains each Guest’s skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers, skin tears and other damage by changing incontinent Guests, turning, repositioning immobile Guests and by applying moisturizers to fragile skin and other areas.
• Performs various tasks assigned by the floor nurse including checking vital signs, weighing Guests, applying creams/ointments and collecting specimens.
• Must be knowledgeable of individual care plans and support the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations of the Guest’s needs, preferences and report any behavioral changes.
• Assists the Wound Care Nurse as directed.
• Completes medical records documenting care provided and other information in accordance with nursing policies while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin
• Experienced in long-term care
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

• A Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA, or have worked as a Nursing Assistant Registered- NAR, have worked as a Travel CNA contractor/ Travel CNA, and are looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
