Interim HealthCare of the Fox Cities in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for flexible facility staffing on a PRN basis. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with bonuses and incentives, with part-time and full-time growth opportunities across Appleton and Menasha.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification – required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs as required.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Follow resident care plans and facility procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.
