Job summary

1Mission Home Care is seeking dedicated CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in the Fort Worth Metro Area. You will support clients with ADLs, mobility, and daily tasks, while collaborating with care coordinators and families to uphold health and independence.

The role offers part-time, full-time, and PRN options, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of home care experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to client dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to client preferences and care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes in health status to supervisors.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health-related tasks (in accordance with state regulations).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
• Maintain clear documentation of services provided.

Position Summary
