Qualifications

• Must possess CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans and document changes for care staff.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain skin integrity and reposition immobile residents as needed.
• Protect residents' personal belongings and report losses promptly.
• Take vital signs, weights, and assist with procedures using proper lifting.
• Document care and follow infection control policies.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, peers, and supervisors.
