Job summary

Glendive Medical Center in Glendive, Montana, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Extended Care team on a full-time basis. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support mobility, help with meals and hydration, and monitor vital signs to ensure comfort and safety.

The successful candidate will hold Montana CNA certification, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a compassionate, resident-centered care team in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Help with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Partner with nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident-centered care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Other duties as assigned
